How we work
Choosing which consultants to work with is an important, and often difficult, decision. What you really need is a taster session and a chance to get the feel of the people you will be working with.
That’s why we offer an initial health-check/diagnostic consultation, after which we will provide you with a one-page report and the opportunity to decide for yourself if further help or treatment is needed. Like your GP, we’re happy if you go away and we don’t see you again until your next check-up.
But if you decide that there is something you want help with, we will offer you a range of services that you can choose from at different levels of input or support. For example, if you want help with strategic and business planning, we can offer either a half-day session to get you kick-started and on the road or we can provide longer-term back-up or hands-on involvement with you and your staff. Whatever you decide you need, we will sit down with you and work out a tailored package to fit your budget. And if you decide to use the package, we knock off the cost of the initial consultation from the price.
However, unlike your GP, who doesn’t send you away with your own stethoscope, we leave our tools and share our knowledge with you for you to learn from and use again and again. We believe in leading by example and in creating independence.
